I promise, you can literally can eat WHATEVER you want and still lose weight as long as you are eating less than your maintenance calories… but that doesn’t mean you’ll be healthy. To be healthy, you have to include nutrient dense foods, plenty of water, regular exercise, and mindfulness (maybe even some therapy).

Building a healthy relationship with your body may take some time, but it’s worth it! Feeling great in your own body and mind is truly priceless!
